    Dedman College is home to the humanities and the social, natural and mathematical sciences. The Dedman Spotlight is an opportunity for high school seniors to attend classes, meet current students and faculty members and experience college life as a Dedman student.
     
    The Spotlight program includes special sessions just for parents. Parents are encouraged (but not required) to attend.

    7:30 a.m. Registration & breakfast
    8:15 a.m. Welcome from the Dean of Dedman College
    9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Students attend Dedman classes and Interest Sessions
    9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Parent sessions (optional)
    11:00 a.m. Dedman College Scholars Program & University Honors Program
    11:15 a.m. Lunch in on-campus dining hall
    12:15 p.m. Current student panel
    1:15 p.m. Pre-Health, Pre-Law and Financial Aid sessions (optional)
    2:15 p.m. Admission Information Session (optional)
    2:45 p.m. Campus Tour (optional)

    Parking will be available along Bishop Boulevard for this event. The appropriate parking location is highlighted in yellow on this map.
